  • In brief: A holistic approach to PT. Your body parts are connected, and assessing the body as a whole can help identify underlying causes to fully treat and address pains however long they have been there.

  • Orthopedic injury treatment

    • This includes shoulder pain, hip pain, back pain, neck pain, and more

  • Visceral manipulation

    • This technique (combined with neural manipulation) can address unresolved chronic pain, it can be used to treat complex women’s health conditions like endometriosis, and can treat gut issues like IBS and constipation by reducing abdominal adhesions.

  • Neural manipulation

    • Gentle techniques that facilitate movement through the fascia of the nervous system. This includes global and localized treatment to specific nerves.

  • Instrument Assisted Manual Therapy

    • Also known as Gua Sha, ASTYM, Graston, or “scraping”. This is the use of a tool to facilitate movement through muscles, tendons, and fascia.

Do you have a lingering pain?

If it’s been more than 4-6 weeks, that thing that just started is probably not going away on its own. PT can help.

Pregnant? Just had a baby?

There are so many new things to learn, and adjusting to a new body is one of them. You don’t have to do it alone.

Cost

  • This clinic is mostly Private Pay. Why? This allows you as the client and your provider to decide what type of care, and how much care you need, rather than your insurance company. This allows you to prevent an injury with PT, rather than wait for an injury to occur.

  • If you have a high deductible plan of $3000 or more, it can be more cost effective to pay out of pocket. You can also receive and submit a Superbill to your insurance provider for either reimbursement, or to work towards your deductible. By you being in control of this task, it helps keeps the cost of PT low.

  • Prices are $140 per visit for Private Pay. This is a discounted rate compared to what is billed through a typical outpatient clinic or insurance.

  • Renew PT does accept BCBS and PacificSource insurances only. Please note that services billed through insurance may be at a higher rate depending on your plan.
